Vast tile selection, quick turnaround of project, and very appropriately-priced. Have used them to tile two bathrooms and plan to use them again in the near future for our master bath.

Such a great company to work with, and the staff are very accommodating and provided me excellent customer service. I would highly recommend their services, and the quality of products with the inventory and size of the showroom fulfilled all of my selections in carpeting and hardwood.

I purchased engineered hardwood, baseboard, and shoe molding from Rick's in Alexandria. Brian Abbott and Susan Morrison were knowledgeable about the merchandise and helpful in making a choice from their wide selection. They offered a very competitive price, measured, scheduled the installation, and followed up during the process. The workmen were polite, careful, and neat. The original measurement for the baseboard was a little off due to the many odd angles of my condo. Additional material added slightly to the cost and the time to complete the project but Brian worked hard to ensure that this did not add too much time to their aggressive instalation schedule. The floors look great. I'll go back for future carpet and flooring purchases and would recommend them to others in the Northern Virginia area.

Rick's was the 4th place we got an estimate from (we also checked Lowe's and three other independent places). From the start, they gave us the best value for the money and had a great, no-nonsense approach. Answered all of our questions. We decided to do tile and carpet and both look terrific.
