On May 18, the installer from Rick's arrived on time, jumped into the repair of the damage caused by seeping rain water and worked quickly with obvious skills developed over his many years of experience.  Andy, the estimator, had diagnosed the damage well even without the mess of tearing up the carpet excessively.   Two items did show up in the process that had not been expected and they were repaired with out additional charge.  Andy mentioned several additional items but did not pressure  to purchase them.

Worked with us to get new carpet for our entire townhouse on very short notice, excellent price, get followup by the sales agent (and manager) throughout the process.  Roughly 925 sqft  of carpet was installed in one day and looks great.  Installer was very friendly and professional, and even added in some suggestions on other projects we were working on at the property.  

Only hangup was a minor one.  The installation was done by just one guy rather then a team, which meant it took a long time (maybe 14 hours).  But the end product was great, totally worth every cent.
